He remains an active member of the Bar in all three states, authored “Incentive Estate Planning: Transferring Wealth Without Spoiling the Kids”, published in the journal Personal Financial Planning, 1993, was a Contributing Author to “Love, Money, Control: Reinventing Estate Planning” (Quantum Press, Denver and Chicago, 2004), and a Co-Author of “The Family Limited Partnership Compendium: A Planning System and Reference for Attorneys” (Wealth Enhancement Strategies, San Antonio, TX, 1995), and edited The Complete Guide to Estate & Financial Planning in Turbulent Times” (Collaborative Press, Omaha, NE, 2013).


Mr. Zabner has served as a lecturer in business law in the area of wills, trusts, and estates, and estate and gift taxes at the university level and has instructed CPAs, CFPs and other attorneys providing continuing legal and professional education to those professions.
